Words for 2012

An ending of the chapter continue by the beginning of a new chapter, that's just the custom. Pages by pages, we are moving up the incline line of the plot of life, trying to reach to the top. Whenever we think that we had defeated the peak of the mountain, we never really know if that's the highest peak in life or just part of the peaks that we have to go through. But what I had understood is, it doesn't matter what the height of the peak is but cherish whenever you had defeated the uphill battle.
- By Ms Envira Lee-

I couldn't assure 2011 is the best year ever but I can assure that, it's a year full of nostalgic memories. From graduating from secondary school to college year and finally university year, I had experienced so many phases and get know to so many new friends from different background one shot. It's a year of growing to be more mature and independent, seek and found and lost again but still, unable to learn from the lesson. I see people around changing and growing, hoping one day I can do the same.

I left no regret for how far I had walked and where I am heading to is how much I had put in all these while. It's a basic principle of planting and ripping.

People ought to tell, new year new resolution. Although this resolution was 11days later than the announcing date, I will still like to try my best to keep it. Just a few so far that pop out in my mind, and of course, this list is editable and I have my right to keep it private. (Just 5 to share for the mo)

1. Keep slim as in maintaining my weight around 56kg
2. Become a study nerd (my pleasure)
3. Love myself
4. Daily morning devotion + quite time
5. Learn Korean Language

2012 is full of unfathomable stories but I'm all prepared to venture this new chapter.

  1. hi, that is some drivel....love yourself ..thats narssicism, innit???? college n uni education is supposed to eridicate such notion of oneself...n putting the interests of others first....or have I got it all wrong....you wanna be a study nerd???thats not educating yourself that mugging 'facts' to merely pass exams as most Malaysians are wont to do...score straight As and become an absolute dipstick!!! Has anyone notice that Malaysia has so far failed dismally to produce any creative man or woman to wow the world. So all the straight As hasn't done the country a blinding bit of good, has it, girl???

    1. woah is it such a sin to love ourselves? Man, you must be miserable. DONT BE SO UPTIGHT!
You ask why Malaysia cant progress?
      1-Government restrictions
2-Government use our taxes for their entertainments.(eg. expensive handbag, new house in Australia)
3-All the talents are going to/went to SINGAPORE because they're smarter and wiser at Human Resources.
In short, OUR GOVERNMENT IS FREAKING @#$%^!
Btw, unless u're a genius where u just need to flip through a book to understand and remember it for the rest of your life, what makes you think not putting more time into studying will allow you to acquire and sustain knowledge?
Retaining information and enhancing your memory on it. Isnt it the MOST fundamental process to store knowledge so that you can apply it? Yea I do agree most of us sucks at applying it but no try no gain. How can you be SO definite about the the definition of Knowledge here? She loves herself more=getting closer to God=acquiring Word of God= BIBLICAL KNOWLEDGE. and it's awesome knowledge!

    1. chill, you had got it the wrong way. nerd and studying doesnt mean torturing own self. The "nerd" i stated here is simply to stress on how much i long that i'll be more hardworking and book-loving. =) as far as i know, all my smart freidns in Malaysia ain't as what you said, who knows only passing exam. Of course sometimes scoring straight A's doesn't prove your smartness..i do agree with that...=)

    2. Oh silly, No one would ever use straight As as a parameter for smartness. (If there was, tell me, I would laugh my ass off) It's just a ticket to scholarships/save money/better education. What else would it be for us to study so hard? After all, straight A in Malaysia is nothing compared to the outside world.
